Sweet Sarah Grace

Today would have been Sarah Grace's first birthday. (Sarah Grace is my friend Michelle's baby girl) It is just still so unbelievable that she is not with us. I think about how hard today must have been for Michelle, Jeff and the family. I know Michelle though. She would not want people to be sad today but happy. To remember Sarah Grace and the impact she had on all of our lives. Michelle, I love you girl!! Sarah Grace will always be here with us!!! HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY, SARAH GRACE MEEK!!!!
